Mercator stake to be sold by end of month

In Slovenia, brewer Pivovarna Lasko and its biggest shareholder, Infond Holding, have announced that they plan to call for a tender of their combined stake of around 48% in Mercator by the end of this month. “There is high interest. Many buyers have contacted us already. We have to prepare well,” according to Pivovarna Lasko's Public Relations Officer Jure Struc. The companies had earlier said that they planned to sell their stake by the end of next March.
