O’Key seeks 50% stakeholder to fund expansion

Expert Capital, owner of Ukrainian hypermarket chain O’Key is looking for a strategic partner to sell a 50% stake in the chain to fund its further expansion. RetailStudio reported Expert Capital Managing Director Raoul Paruska as saying the company plans to operate up to 17 stores in the next four to five years. That will not be possible without a strategic partner. If the retailer does not find an investor, it will open a hypermarket in Simferopol only.
