Sainsbury’s to create between 3,000 and 4,000 jobs this year

Sainsbury’s will create between 3,000 and 4,000 jobs this year after it reported better than expected third quarter sales. Sainsbury’s CEO Justin King said in an interview on Sky television that the company would be hurt a bit from the fall in the sterling but that the group had hedged its currency exposure. He also noted that 70% of goods sold by the company were produced and sourced in the UK.
